Return Policy

At Provets-nutrition we are sure your purchase will meet all expextations. However, if for some reason you wish to return our products, we do have a 8-day return policy*. Restrictions do apply, so be sure to review all the info below.

Overview

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted no more than 8 days from the day you received it. All packages must be inspected by the customer during that time. Any manufacturing defect should be communicated to Provets-nutrition within that time-frame in order to qualify for a refund. Refunds are processed within 72 hours after we receive the returned items in our warehouse. The carrier’s tracking number certifies the 10 day period.
    • Past the return window, all unopened orders qualify for an exchange. No refund or exchange applies for opened packages.
  • Return of boxes: All orders of 20 boxes or more must be shipped back refrigerated to the warehouse of Provets-nutrition in order to guarantee the quality of the product. If the capsules or product returned arrive to the warehouse in unsellable conditions, we do not guarantee a refund.
  • All orders that qualify for a return have three business days to send back the product.
    • Any quality issue past the 8 days, will not qualify for a refund. A replacement will be sent if our Quality Department confirms there’s a manufacturing defect*. Quality inspections may take up to 30 days depending on each case.

*All orders of 20 boxes or more must be shipped back refrigerated.

  • Capsules, herbs, supplements, and vitamins must be in the original, unopened packaging.

 

Broken Items

Proof of broken and or damaged shipments must be provided by the customer in form of photo displaying the label on the product with the packing slip, please email your photo to provets-nutrition.com with all order information and a customer service representative will contact you with a resolution.

International Orders:

DHL – DPD – DHL – FEDEX International: 7-15 Business Days.

International orders shipping window is 48 hours.

Free shipping promotions do NOT apply to international orders.

Duties and Taxes:

All international packages are subject to duties and taxes. provets-nutrition is not responsible for paying duties and taxes. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • The recipient is responsible for custom fees, duties and taxes associated with the purchase. Fees may vary depending on the regulations of each country. Please check the carrier’s website for more information.

International Returns: 

All international orders are excluded from the “Free Returns” policy. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to provets-nutrition warehouses.

Our 15 Day Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted no more than 15 days from the day you received it. Refunds are processed within 48-72 hours after we receive the returned items in our warehouse.
  • Capsules, herbs, supplements, and vitamins must be in the original, unopened packaging. Products in any other condition cannot be returned.  This is due to the fact that these are food-grade products made to exacting standards for human consumption.
  • All other items must be in the original packaging and in perfect unused working condition.

International Refunds:

International orders will be refunded when we receive and inspect the product.

  • Note that all packages must be sealed in order to qualify for a refund. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds include only the amount paid for the items ordered, not including shipping charges, duties and taxes. Restocking fees may apply.

International Cancellations: 

International orders cannot be cancelled if the product has been shipped and the carrier has picked up the merchandise from our warehouses. Capsuline is not responsible for refunding the shipping charges once an order has been shipped.
